AT&T Overbilling By The 100s!!!! - Phone And Internet

I live on social security disability (which by the way has been cut) as well as getting help from mediare and medicaid (both of which have been cut!)

Last year I received notice that I was eligible for a free cell phone through assurance wireless due to my low income.
I have very few complaints with assurance. I got the phone and overall it has worked out well for me.

However, before receiving the cell phone I had landline service and DSL through at&t. In January I called AT&T to cancel the landline service. I was told they would have to cancel the entire account and start a new DSL only service.
Fine.
A man came to my apartment and gave me a receipt showing the "work" had been done in January.
This is may and AT&T continues to charge me for the new DSL line and the old landline/DSL service!!!!!!! I have been on the phone for hours with them every month! And I have a new bill for what appears to be the two combined!!

That is bad enough but I had set up direct pay from my bank account years ago and they are taking the money directly from my bank account!!!

I am living on $100 less a month with no medical coverage at all and paying from $80-$160 a month for a phone I have not used since 2010!!

How many other people is this happenint to!? This could be millions of dollars!!
