My name is kathy Mirzai. On my monthly home phone statment, I see acharge of $450.76 additional to my reguilar statement. I called AT&T 800-288-2020 and they told me it's an old T&t company and we are new company, and we have no idea what that charge is for and that I have to call AT&T corp which is their number is 800-222-0300.so I do and recording ask me to enter the amount for AT&T corp so I put $450.76.recording tell me it's not the right amount and trsfer me to AT&T#800-288-2020 and they tell me the same story. I had been on phone for 2hr and 20 min. this morning and they are tired of me and as soon as they hear my voice they disconect me. I try to go on line and connect to them that way by their CHAT, but it say that is not active. I try to e-mail my question about this unknown bill but my e-mail doesn't go any where. I'm so fed up. Please I need your help!Can you help me please. I didn't work today, because of this!please please help me. Yours, Kathy
