We were approached by AT&T to switch over to the U-Verse high speed communication package. We were told it would be "no-problem" to port the phone number. We are very interested in keeping the same phone number due to the fact that we have 3 kids and the number was easy to remember. We have tried multiple times to get Insight to release the number and they will not. It has been over 2 month now that we've had to pay both an AT&T bill and an Insight bill in order to make sure we don't lose the phone number.
