Ford Motor Company Complaint

Since 2004 there has been a known issue with a certain type of engine and spark plugs. This is the Ford modular engine that includes the Triton 5.4L enginhe in Ford's F-150 Truck and other vehicles. This is well documented and often causes the owner to pay thousands of dollars for what should be a $200.00 spark plug replacement. I have the Ford technical Service Bulleting and there is tons of information about this on the web.

Please help me.
