I ordered U-Verse over the phone in August of 2010. The price quoted for all of my AT &T services is not what I have been billed. The order cannot be traced because it went to a call center (although I can describe the woman who took the order thoroughly - I even know where her 2 kids go to school). I have spent countless hours on the phone and in 2 different AT &T stores to fix the problem to no avail. I have a detailed documented account of what has happened from the day I placed the order. My recent bill is $470!!!! For TV and telephone service. I cannot get anyone from this company, which I believe is a monopoly, to help me. Everyone passes the buck.
