I fell for their advertisement about switching from cable to bundling all services with their company at a discounted price. Had a $50 cash back coupon, but never received it. False advertising about cable.
Felt that equipment was not properly installed and they wanted to charge me another $50.00 to check their faulty equipment. Service telephone calls would not solve the problem and one customer service rep. said he just could not help me. Dish network goes out frequently, and high defitnition stations always go out on my large TV. Remote
programmed for the TV in the den has never worked properly.
I have had to resort to watching a little 10 inch TV just to get a weather report. I did not feel like the company listened to any of my complaints, and felt it was their duty to come out and check this equipment that was evidently installed improperly and that I should not have to pay for them to check this equipment that has never worked properly since it was installed. I have had this just a little over a month and it has been a nightmare.
