On August 14th 2010, I went to go visit my husband who is an inmate at New Folsom State Prison, I then was assign to a table and then went to the restroom to attend my femine needs, when I cam out Sergent. Hall came to me said that my visit is being terminated for for bringing (Maxi Pads) which she stated was contraband onto her prison, I then went back to the bus to return to my car, as I was getting off the bus Sergent. Hall stated that I was being detain for bringing contraband (maxi pads) to the prison and I could not leave, I then said to her, "Sergent. Hall you've said all you needed to say to me, I have nothing more to say, I am leaving this facility, Sergent. Hall then grabbed me by my left arm, kicked me in my right ankle and snacthed my bag out of my hand. August the 21st 2010 I then went back to visit my husband and I was told by Officer Byers that my visit's are being suspended, I asked why! "He stated due to the insident that happen last Saturday, I then ask to speak with someone higher than him, he then gave me officer Todd, he stated that my visit are being suspended because Sergent. Hall said I struck her in the face as she calmly tried to detain me, I told him that was a lie I was the one that was assualted by her and officer Brown, and if I hit an officer I would be in jail right now. I'm asking for help because Folsom Prison will not talk to me or help to resolve this matter, they are refusing me to speak with the warden. This is all because I brought femine napkins on the facility because I was menestrating.
