Aspen Exteriors should be exposed for the fraudulent sales practices they have. I received a business card from this guy at Financial Freedom, saying this was his friend, works at Aspen Exteriors.
The salesperson, scammed me into signing his contract knowing he did not do my number one priority, the most important thing, I told him. I told him on the very first phone call and he would call me three times a day. Each time, I told him, that he had to call my Dad first, he had to work with my Dad, he agreed, said he called him, the line was busy, he said.
I told him, you have to leave a message, OK, he said. HE NEVER DID! He lied to me, just to get me to sign his contract knowing fullwell he never intended to talk with my Dad. My Dad's a retired builder, he built my house, in 1988.
My Dad met him, I was shocked when I found out this was his first time talking with him! He said, "Do not work with this person, he knows nothing about product, all he wants is your money. My Dad did not know he scammed me into believing he had talked to my Dad first.
Three people from ASPEN EXTERIORS all called and left threatening messages on my phone, telling me that if I did not pay them 2,800.00, now, they would freeze my bank acct., garnish my wages, and Foreclose on my home!
We offered them 500.00 to go away, he met with my insurance agent once, but NO, they demanded the total 2,800.00 and took me to concilliation court.
The sales person who I dealt with, was NOT even there, the owner was. The fact that their "salesperson" and I had an agreement, it was NEVER brought up.
Aspen Exteriors are now garnishing my wages, for 3,000.00 and they did no work, but meet my insurance agent, once.
When my Father asked him where are the other bids for the product, (J. R.)said, "Your Dad's old school! I just used the software form the insurance company!"
I was taken for 3,000.00 that my family and I need for food! These people should be exposed for fraudulent business practices and consumers should be aware of these predators.
