Recently we bought 11,000.00 Worth of furniture from ashley furniture in roseville ca. The dining table is very pretty to look at but made of poor quality. At the showroom however you do not know the problems you will have. The man who delivered the table took out one leaf from the table as we requested and the table chipped on top. We were told a technician would come out to take a look at it. The technician told us we needed a new table. They delivered the new table and my husband removed one leaf from the table and the same thing happened to this table. We have been calling ashley furniture to ask for our money back since the table has to be defective and they will not return my calls. I finally got hold of the owner's voice mail and let him know my concerns. I received a call from the manager at roseville store. She told me they would be glad to fix the table. I told her that was unacceptable that i wanted the money back on the table it was defective. She said she would relay the message. I feel this company is frauding the public with poor quality furniture. If i had read all the complaints there was on this company, i would never have bought anything from them.
