Hello my credit is now bad do to child support. It all started when a girl who I thought was a friend started taking money from me in child support. Well I found out she had a church on me. Later, I found out she was pregnant. I was happy for her, it did not cross my mind the baby to be mine because I never had intercourse with her. Well I then got with my fiance. I told her( the friend) that I was in love with this girl that I met. The friend went crazy on me and told me to never talk to her again and that she hated me. Then I found out she loved me, or so she said. Well later on my wages stared to be taken out of my pay check. She new where I lived because I lived 3 blocks from her house and she would pass trough my house yelling. Well we later found out that she send the paper work to my moms house to serve me and my (then) 14 year old brother, was served with my papers. Well he never gave them to me. To this date we never found them in the house. Again she knew were I lived.
Well I was scared and didn't now what to do except to save money to open up a case so that the DNA be taken. Well I did 2 years later and was not my child. My last name was not taken from the child birth certificate and the child support that I payed was not given back. And now I owe $31,625.68 In child support. For a child that is not mine. Oh and she nows the real father . Its our friend. I need help and I need to get this story out in the public eyes. There are many men going through this. Please help
