I saw an add for a free trial for a tooth whitening product called Dazzle brite on line. I ordered it and it seemed fine. Well I was wondering if there was any talk about the product on line. I googled the name and was shocked by all the people they ripped off. So I called the number provided to cancel within 7 days of receiving the product. I did this within hours of the origanal order. I was told no problem the order was cancelled. they would not send the product except they did. And charged me I think 49.?? or 6?.?? I foreget but could get this info from my bank. I made a purchase on my debit card a week or so later, It took almost all the balance. Thats when DB took there fraudulent funds from my account needless to say I was in overdraft. I called the bank they put the funds back pending an ivestigation. It cost me 163.?? dollars when it was over. They told the bank I did not cancel in 7 days (it was less than 7 hours they lied)so the bank took there side. I made several calls to this company and was basically told tuff luck every time. One supervisor even told me that they do this all the time and the banks have no choice but to side with them. So I should stop wasting my and there time. I have been looking for some way to get them to be accountable for there theft of innocent people ever since. Even if you decide I'm just a nut or something. Please just look into it, google the company name. For starters you won't believe what you see. Also one of the first hits is the company you can see how they trick you on there own webpage. And last I didn't mention The bank suggested, I cancel that card and get another so they could not charge me again. As you will see I'm glad the bank told me that I got out cheaper than most. Thank you for your time Please don't let these criminals get more unsuspecting people.
