Submitted application called saleperson told him it was submitted. He called within 20 min. saying it was approved I asked in (2) different occasions our you sure, he replied yes both time. My persistants was because I did not want a disappointment. I then question if payment continued to be as previsously discussed. I then asked for an email of what we discussed salesman said he couldn't because they were under new management. But he assured me everything was alright. Call end. I inform my son, voice of excitement I inform him we agreed to meet at 5:45. I received a phone call from salesman he say bring ck. stubs, letter with present address and insurance card and down payment. I informed him we decided to also, take in a trade In a 1983 Mercedes he said as long as it runs. Please Note phone conversation were approx. 1:30PM appt. scheduled at 5:45 I called at 5:20 letting him know I was running 30 min. His reply was thats fine thank you for calling see you when you get here. We arrive salesman is gone. but someones waiting bring vehicle to the front we view. Excited we go inside for paperwork sales persons starts taking another application I informed him there was on approved he said Oh I wish he would have told me I'm new. No clue about our financing goes to speak to a manager. Manager come out and says. We were not able to approve you for that vehicle. I question why was I mislead very unethical. Managers reply, I am not sure why Jason mislead you. When I called still at 5:20 PM to tell him I was running late he could of said sorry but credit failed and yet we arrive and continued with mislead and very cruel to a young man seeking his first vehicle.
