To all consumers out there. I am letting you know the terrible experience I had at Cancun, Mexico at the Oasis Viva Beach STD Ocean Front AI that is so highly rated by Apple Vacations.
I was promised a 5 Star hotel and all inclusive vacation package and received a vacations full of empty promises. There were times that me and my family felt unsafe for our health and welfare, due to the living conditions while we were there. And the Apple Rep there made no attempt to get us a new hotel. We went through an Agency and Apple Vacations who refuse to acknowledge any responsibility. Basically they have our money and do not care of the outcome we had as Consumers and tourists.
All we had asked was for them to Apologize, review our concerns, and offer us a refund.
