I order iPhone 4s on October 7 per- order through apply.com, they screwed up my whole order. Since we all know that when apple launch iPhone 4s they were telling people, phone will be deliver to consumer by October 14th.
My service was provided by AT&T.
At&t provided apple a wrong telephone number which number belong to my sister. So Apple program a wrong number to my order, according to Apple instruction it should be easy to activate my phone. AT&T and Apple not accepting their fault and causing me spend time talking to them for hours. This situation Is not solved and I end canceling.
I want people to know that do not buy any apple product and have AT&T your phone company. Both companies are big fraud company.
Both companies has bunch of unprofessional and untrained people are working.
PS AT&T shouldn't provide apple my other information, which is privacy evant. Agreement with apple and AT&T was to start new line and new number. New number should by provided to apple.
