The springdale apartments located at springdale road is not starting the heat of the apartment. I have requested them several times and the trike property manager Denise says that you can start your stove and oven to make it warm. The temperature inside the apartment is lower than 68 degree F in the morning times and lower than 65 degree F at nights. We all are struggling with the cold and the apartment managers are saying that they will not start it before 1st of October. I want to know is it fair? I don't mind paying for the heat but making it so miserable is not a very polite thing to do. We have little kids and babies who stay in this apartment. We need some help. If this is fair then I will not utter a word, but I want to know what the law says? And what is the common opinion?
