my apartment was flooded out by my neighbors on the third floor water heater and management refused to handle the situation after several pleas to either relocate me and my son or just let me out of my lease management refused to help after three long horrible wet days of inhaling the strong unpleasant aroma of mildew and mold smelling carpet and forced to walk on wet carpet for days I was forced to make the decision to move out with my child we both were having respitory issues and just felt we were treated unfairly and no one should have to live in these conditions and this is a huge complex that owns many properties througout tx and could have accommodated us even if it was only temporary until they could resolve the issue I didn't cause the flood I'm fed up with the big people making money off us small people and ruining their credit FICO when a lot of times the consumers are the victims but they don't care they have more than one months security deposit from me and will just re rent the unit and charge me more please help I just want to be treated fairly and no bad hits against my credit report. thank you
