Moved in March 1,2011 to Sun Set Arms apartment.
First day heater was already broken and non functional. Second day bathroom ceiling caved in. We have called many time's for them to come fix it, but we have now two holes in the bathroom ceiling and its still not fixed. The bathroom ceiling has fallen in three times now. We haven't been able to enjoy our apartment because something is always wrong. Also have called and complained about roach's in the building. When calling to make sure we get a PLUMBER to the building and not just a maintence man the manager of RMS Rachel Brink hung up on us 3 times and was very rude about the issue. We are needing someone to make sure this issue is addressed or the contract can be broken and our money returned. This is our first place on our own.
