Simply put, I ordered a free trial and had 2 weeks to cancel before they changed my account 87.13. I cancelled in 9 days, June 8th and today, June 12th, I see my account was debited on the 8th. No response from customer support. I was on hold well over 30 minutes and regrettably I did not get a cancellation number or CS name. I only jotted down the time I called.
