My home flooded 3/23/2011. Water damage which covered my entire living area to the master bedroom and the master bathroom. Insurance adjuster of LM, only wants to pay 10,000 to repair my damages. They would not even entertain the photos that I took showed them. Pictures whiche displayed the height of the water. Their own contractor recommended areas of the house that will need to be repaired. The adjuster felt it was not necessary! Mildew has set into the master bedroom and all of ghe living areas of the house. The baseboards have fallen off with holes in the sheetrock. They refuse to look at the pictures. Even after I emailed the photos, they ignored the pictures and completed the claim. There will be legal action. Basic freedom is shelter, food and water. They have taken these basic needs for living away. Insurance companies are crimminals. A salary that is made soley on the loss of others is unjust. Any advice from any expert is welcomed.
