In April 2010 I brought my mercedes c 280 for the annual
service= oil break fluid filter change. I only drove the car for less than 2000 miles since I bought it in 2009 with 8900 initial miles
I was charged $800 reduced to $600. No choice but pay or I can't pick up my car. I contested later to no avail. Had the service advisor told me about the cost I would have refused that same morning that I brought the car for the annual service.
Also I had a 2 year extended warranty. On July 2010 I had the passenger seat checked. It was a factory defective not my fault
I was charged $141.00 I requested and was promised a refund I called at least 6 times to no avail.
I did receive the refund as of today April 17 2011
