Compliance Services Complaint

I just received a notification to file the Annual Minutes along with a $125.00 check to COMPLIANCE SERVICES. The form, and the letter of instruction enclosed is made to look just like a Government form and coming from Tallahassee, Florida where all the State of Florida Government comes from will make many owners of small companies to immediately respond since it has an April 1, 2011 dateline.

Apparently this company has done this before since I just read another complain in your Web page from 2010. Can you suggest where we should direct our complain to advise officials of this fraud?
