On february 4, 2006, iwent to the dealership with an ad to lease a vehicle. Obviously, the deal was different from the ads. However, i proceeded with the contract. Upon completion of the contract, they told me that i will have to pay an equivalent of the first month lease. I evaluated the costs based on the new payment and other unanticipated costs and told them that i am no longer interested. They told me that i cannot back out because i had already signed the contract. I told them that i had not taken delivery of the vehicle and they still maintained that i am obligated to the lease. They had their vehicle, keys, paperwork and everything. Last week, i received a bill from ford for the same vehicle that i do not have in my possession. I contacted ford motors and they told me that the problem is between me and the dealarship.
How can i be obligated to a payment of a vehicle that was not delivered to me?
