An open letter from the President of America’s Best Meats:

I am writing to this forum in response to the comments that have been posted about our company. Through the course of an investigation we have discovered that there were several incidents in which customer concerns were not solved in accordance with our customer priority policy. At America’s Best Meats, we pride ourselves not only on the quality of our products, but also on the outstanding level of customer service that we have provided to millions of families throughout the Northeast. For this lapse in our customer service policy, I truly apologize.

Additionally, however, this investigation also brought to light the dismaying fact that the majority of the complaints listed on this venue were not posted by customers, past or current. I am concerned that our new customers are being affected by some of these comments that have no merit. While I could speculate as to the origin of the complaints, I’m sure that the intelligent consumer understands the underlying insinuation.
