In november of 2005 I called my mortage lender to see if I
could get help in paying my late payment by adding more to my current payment amount. The person that I spoke to said that I didnt qalify for the loan in the first place and there was nothing that could be done. So I decided to refinance with another company ,on January2,2006 ameriquest mortage faxed a paper with my signature giving permission to release my payoff,on Jan.10 2006 I called and
they said they recieved the paper and it would take 3to5 days we never recieved it, I called back the next day and
they said that they never recieved a payoff request.On the week of 15 they finally sent it and wrote on the top of the paper in foreclosure ,I have tried to contact them to
talk to them to straighten the matter out and I keep getting a recording saying that they cant connect me and
to try again later,I have tried several times to contact them ,I have three children and i explained that I had a few hardships and thats how I got behind.I have been here for 20 years and I cant afford to loose my house I just want to talk to them and straiten this matter out.Please help me.
