American Express Credit Card Complaint

This getting to be too much. I have written 2 Cease and Desist letters over a $1.057.20 alleged debt and they are still writing me as if I had never sent them. I know they received at least one of the letters because they acknowledged it.

Why are they violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act?
