I am beyond upset. My last reward statement showed I had 90,000 miles, set to expire Jan. 2009. We are retired and sicknesses and car accident derailed us from using the miles. I called on April 2, 2008, to see about a trip in the fall. The agent told me all the miles were wiped out Dec. 16, 2007, more than a year than they were to expire. I was never notified of this. Don't you think if I knew my miles were about to expire, I would have done something - anything to keep them? Is there anyway, within reason, to get my miles back? To many people90,000 miles might not seem like much, but to me it was a dream, and now my dream is gone. I wrote to their customer relations, but they never even answered me.
