My girlfriend has been working for a big company for a week now. They pay through this company called money network. They gave her the option to do a direct deposit, a paper check, or a payday card.
She has been sending faxes to them over and over with payroll documents they required, but they keep saying they never received them. The documents have been faxed 4 times so far, and still nothing.
I researched this company online, and I found that they do that to many more people around the country. I read people's stories around the country, I tried to complain to BBB, but they do not deal with workplace disputes.
I want to take legal action towards them. She asked to cancel the card, and they told her that she will lose the funds that were forwarded to the account.
I don't know what to do, and we have bills to pay, but they still keep doing the same thing to people all around the country, and no one is doing anything about them.
They need to be shut down, and someone needs to take a step to give the people the money they are owed.
