I was taken off the schedule at my work. No one to this date has said I am fired. I filed a form with EDD and had my phone interview. My appt was between 10-12 noon. At 11:58 the call comes in. I dial the number back. Not a working number, they give me an 800 number I call back and "due to the extensive amount of calls" I was advised to call back at a later time. For hours I kept calling and finally after 3pm was able to talk to the "Gentleman" (using word loosely) And after obtaining my information, began to yell at me, talk down to me. The letter he received was full of lies from the ex-employer and as he is reading this letter I would say "wait stop, can you read that sentance again sir, that did not happen its a lie" after about twenty minutes of yelling on his end, I asked him if I could get a copy of that letter. He hung up on me. I am pretty sure I will not receive the benefits I am entitled to.
