Alpin Haus, located on route 4850 State highway 30, Amsterdam ny 12010.
Installed a 18x36 pool liner, which is short, and
they also did not fastened liner to the last of 3 steps in the pool.
The liner moves away from unfasten step and pool wall, thus causeing ruffles on pool floor.
Alpin Haus, got paid and no longer care to correct there wrong doing.
When I called, I was told that they will remove ruffles for an $800.00.
Ruffles should of never been there to star with.
Upon my complaining I am now being told that it is because of high water level under pool liner.
I have no high water level, in fact my well had to be dugged 280 feet deep to get water for the house.
My review of this company is that they are not a responsible company, that they take the cash and run.
They care not of Quality service, or Customer care.
