As a former employee of Allen Anderson I have seen fraud committed upon citizens of Minnesota that amounts into the millions. Allen Anderson has mislead, fraud, tricked, over-priced and lied to many unaware consumers. The BBB after several meeting revoked Allen Andersons membership. The Inter National Door Association was quoted as saying "Allen Anderson is one of the worst garage door company's in the nation." Allen Anderson on Angie List claims they don't use any sub-contractors. The fact is all of the employees were sub-contractors. In fact I left the company due to the owners unethical practices and the fact I was paid as a 1099 employee. I filed a complaint with the SS-8 division of the IRS and last week won the ruling that Allen Anderson was committing federal tax violations by claiming I was a sub-contractor. AS you can imagine this also applies to state taxes, unemployment, and several Minnesota rules that Allen Anderson has avoided paying. a quick look at Allen Anderson under BBB.gov will so 51 complaints of unethical practices. Allen Anderson committed thousands of cases of mail fraud using the US Postal Service to extort extra money from unsuspecting customers. His remodeling is another story of abuse of regulations, mis-leading sales, and scurting of the codes and laws. This company has caused many people heart aches and should be exposed for exactly who they are, Minnesota consumers have the right to know about business practices that prey on the uninformed, elderly, and people who get ripped off in a time of need.
