Received a bali touring cycle 260 cc. Absolutely no decent instructions of clauses or any other information. I assembled the basic parts such as the mirrors the windshield that was all scratched up. Put the fuses in and started it. I drove it around my neighborhood for a while and it stalled. Let me remind you the lights did not work and the radio did not work. I called them regarding wires hanging out from the lights and all new sports said to push them in for that was for meant for other mirrors that was defective. After about 5 or 6 tries trying to put this thing out on the road it finally stalled for good and I called them to return it because when I spoke to all new sports before purchasing it I asked what was my guarantee? I was told 7 days and that I had to pay for shipping.
I called them on the 6 or 5 day and they said it was unreturnable because I had put gas in it and drove it. I have been scammed! Bike is in my garage and am stuck with a 1,90o.00 Bike that is not even road worthy. It is defective and no mechanic will even tough them in my area. I talked to a tech from all new sports and is suppose to be sending me a part that should fix the problem and this is day # 4 days and no part no riding the cycle.
I got on the net to find if someone else could be having this problem and to many to count! Who is going to stop these people!
