We contacted All Day Auto Transport to have one brand new vehicle transported to the Dallas TX area and have two transported back. After hundreds of emails and phone calls, All Day Auto Transport is what we chose because they gaurenteed pick up and delivery and drop off dates. We have all of the email conversations that did this. It was very clearly written that the only way that we would agree to it was if the dates were gaurenteed.
Well, needless to say that date came and went. NOTHING. We phoned All Day Auto Transport, and were promised on two separate occasions that they would phone us back. NOTHING. On day 5 we called back again, promised a phone call back. NOTHING. Finally got ahold of a Manager, Justin, and he stated he was part owner. Promised he would call back within 2 hours max. Four hours later, I had to call him back, and he gives me the standard, oh we will go get it but only if you pay more. I tried to cancel, mainly out of principal, but we still needed the vehicles transported. Justin's response was well you still have to pay no matter what, because and I quote, "we go through this all of the time and we NEVER LOOSE." It is the way we do buisness.
There is still no resolve to this issue, and All Day Auto Transport gives nothing to help fix the situation what so ever.
