Lowes&Husgvarna Complaint

In 2008 I bought a husgvarna tractor with an extended warr with only 100 hrs on it the tractor has been in the shop for a month nor lowes or the lowes warr co. Con tell me when I will get my tractor back the repair comp. Said the motor had a carbon build up from the gas I used and they had to order a gasket to put the motor back together after ruining the motor they said that they have to now order a carburetor lowes warr. Co. Said they can't do anything for just have to and they will let me know when it gets fixed so all I can do is keep paying to have my grass cut it, s just not right I need someone on my side pls help.
