Almost 10 months ago, I was going to my wedding. However going there was a nightmare I will never forget.
I left Phoenix to Brussels where because of visa issues I "existed" at their small little transit area for two days.
That was nothing, compared to what Alitalia airlines did to me - lost my two big bags full of gifts, my new clothing, and laptop. I prepared so eagerly to go to the wedding, that when I arrived at my country, I arrived empty handed. My two bags are still missing, Alitalia - simply ignores me for the past 10 months and just stole my bags!
Please, if you go our of US, DO NOT fly with Alitalia, cause if your bags are gone, they're gone forever! Alitalia is inefficient, arrogant, and uncooperative!
Next time I fly to my country, I will surely get an insurance or install a chip in my bags!
Please help reveal true nature of Alitalia Airlines and help consumers just like me make better decisions!
