We had parked our car at Vista Parking near Newark airport on 6/26/2011 for 3 days. When we returned, we noticed that the front of our car had been damaged. When brought to the Manager's attention, he put in writing that the damage was caused there. We were told to have pictures and estimate done for the repairs, which we immediately took care of and forwarded to Vista. We were advised that they would prefer to do the repairs themselves since they have a body shop in Newark and that we should call for an appointment. After numerous calls, they kept promising to set up an appointment to do the repairs and never responded. We contacted the Better Business Bureau who proceeded to write to Vista to no avail. So here we are, writing to you for some assistance.
