AirFrance makes it impossible to file a complaint - flights

We bought a ticket online to Brazil. At no point before buying it was the information available that we could not change the date of return. We tried to submit complaints through their online forms. It required 10 trials before submitting. Air France and their online agent lied about the fact that such information was available at time of purchase.
