Air Tahiti Nui Complaint

Last November, I flew from LAX to Paris via Air Tahiti Nui. A month before departure the airline changed my return date with no explanation. This would have been ok had I been in Paris during that time. However, I had another connecting flight with a different airline company that refused to change my tickets. Resulting in being forced to get a hotel, food, etc... near Charles DeGaule airport--a tag price of over to $300! During that very day there was a conference nearby and a strike of the transit system, all inexpensive hotels were booked. I have asked the company to provide me with at least one voucher for my next trip, but thus far no one has taken the time to respond to my request.
