On March 3, 2011 I went under contract to purchase a home from American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. for The closing was set for April 25, 2011.
AHMSI amended the closing date to May 25, 2011. To date, I have not closed. AHMSI and their agent, Remax Preferred Associates, are masters of duplicity. As you will see from the attached emails, weeks past without action on the part of AHMSI, the same problem continues for months without resolution, and dewinterization supposedly occurred twice.
Although I paid for a home inspection and subsequent reinspection based on an email stating the water was on, the home inspection has not been completed due to AHMSI’s refusal to resolve the water issue.
They have he seller is purposely and continuously delayed and misled me resulting in unnecessary and costly expenditures. By their actions, AHMSI and Remax have shown they do not want to honor the contract. Also, they do not want to reimburse me for all the monies I have spent attempting to purchase the home.
