Limit the number of times the television networks can advertise a upcoming program as well as the same ad over and over again.

I've had the TV on CMT from 4-7 and I've seen that Petty Blue movie 20 times and the upcoming movie Secretariat 20 times and that's too much.

I pay to watch Television programs not listen to the same advertisement for an upcoming program or movie repeatedly to the point I won't watch it.

Now how do I go about starting a petition to file a complaint about this? We pay we have a right to decide what we should have to put up with.
