I was living in a nyc shelter with my kids/the director told a realtor who is a friend of his about my medical condition & forced me to take an apt. n bklyn(we live n queens)wich I did but when I refused to pay money under the table for apt (raw side deal)he had ACS take my kids/and would not let me have the apt even thou I signed lease and had the keys/ACS stated that I did not sign lease I signed two/ I still have the leases. ACS also stated that I did not have proper shelter ffor my kids well if the nyc shelter is not propeer for me & my kids then all the families living there did not have proper housing but ACS didn't take their kids???so I had to take an apt in queens and pay a side deal in order to get my kids back/ the landlord is a US Ambassador an for two years i'v had no heat/rats/roaches/mice/now my oven doesn't work/some of the electical outlets don't work/i have to run extension cords all over/I am unable to work & i'v bee trying to get my disability since 2007(they keep turning me down)last year because of a defecteted med/device in my chest I spent most of the holidays in the hospital/i don't have an oven so we have to us the stove burners for heat/i have electric heater but when I turn the on my power goes out the landlord lives downstairs & he is mad because I stop paying him money under the table/so far I have payed him $3936.00.
