ACN phone service Complaint

I got a phone service trough a local dealer.They told me that they will send the router pack and i will be charged 45$ including shipping and monthly bill has to be 23 dolari.

I didnt set the equipment and change my ming because they charge me 30 dolars for a month and when i called they told me that i sign up for a 1 year contract and there is a 39 dollars termination fee,but the agent didnt mention that only i can cancel anytime.
First of all i didnt sign any paperwork otherwise i will know that its not good deal for me.
Every service has to have a short period of canceling or charge some restocking fee not this one that cost me 117 dollars.
