In October 2010, we were contacted by a salesman offering auto warranty for our Dodge grand caravan. It soundsd resonaable and we expected the car to need repairs soon. However after reviewing the offer during the 30 day money back review period, we decided the warranty was not for us and we would pay for the repairs as they are needed. The terms were too restrictive and we expected resistance to pay specially after we read some comments online about the company and it's aggressive sales tactics. My wife called the next day or two and caanceled the warraanty. She was told "no problem" it would be canceled and no further action would be required. They not only did not cancel the service and kept the original $349 charge, they kept charging our American express account the monthly $195.95. This is almost exactly the same as the previous complaints about them ignoring the calls to cancel and not responding to our calls.
