I went to court for alimony modification due to loss
of income and my Judge(Henry Walsh) denied me modification and gave no reason. The next day public record showed
not enough evidence to support modification which was
false all documents required by law were filed. This is
a ethical issue (recording a false court record) and
also violated the integrity of the court. I later hired
and attorney went back to court (same judge)my attorney
got out about two words and the judge said denied. The
following day court records was sealed thus avoiding
back lash from my attorney (at the time of hearing)
and avoiding a formal complaint to his superiors. A formal complaint was filed to the commission on judicial performance which fell on deaf ears. Bottom line is judges think their GOD and the judical system needs to be fixed and the agencies that are hired to watch over them should be investigated. RED FLAG-RED FLAG!!! lets put pressure on them.
