I have a complaint against aarons rent to own. they broke their contract with me in November 2009. My washer broke down & they damaged my matchen dryer when they moved us. For over five months I was paying for a large capacity, energy efficent w/d. They brought me a ajuataing smaller washer, causing me to have some one take me to & from town to a laundymat. I am disabled & this made things extreamly difficult for me. But I hung in there. For over 5 months I got the run around on my washer. Hence they broke our contract, On not servicing their products. My contracts were due on the 13 of each month. Every month, on the 1st of each month aarons would start calling me for my payment. Hence, herrasment, for over a year. They (Aarons) Allound someone other than myself to open a account in my name. Then delivered a nonworken 60in flat screen TV to my home. It was my son. So he called complained they then brought a damaged TV out without a remote. Gave us a run around about it. So after several calls to az. then numerous letters to the ceo in alanta, Ge. I thought all was done. They were in formed they had caused me to have a nervious break down over all this, including them refrussing to send me paid in full contracts, that were paid, refused to send me payment statements when paid over the phone, their reprensentatives coming to my home pounding so hard on my door knocking things off the wall by the door & breaken them, Exseve blowing of the horn, abuseing phone contacts I had given then to contact me. My nephew was on the verge of loosen his job & indangering his life at work. He is a semi tow truck driver. I was told back in 05/05/10 by their reginal manager, Ray how soon could they deliver the replacement items to RESOLVE these matters. After my 1st letter to their ceo, demanding it all be replaced for simmler products & all remaining contracts paid in full. I had paid off 3, had ref., w/d for a year & a half. & the TV five months. I asumed this was all over & done. I left for a retreat to get help for my nervous breakedown. Just to get visits that it was starten all over again, out ragouse home visits, threatenings phone calls. Letters left not dated that I am going to be sued. Again I wrote their ceo. Again Not getten a respond. I asume all is well. Now to return home & be starlted by execive horn blowing & pounding on my front door. By Aarons. I have a fobia of men from abusive relationships amoung other disableen problems. I have been force to have strangers in my home (Aarons) which has caused my great anixity and unnesasary stress, I have suffered attackes at their store due to haven to deal with inconpadence. All I am tryen to do is resolve these matters and get on with my life. I refuse to live in fear any longer of them in my own home.
