Aarons Rental Complaint

I purchased a Computer (HP Pavilion Slimline s3712f).

The hard drive crashed. Hewlett Packard requires that I have the ORIGINAL operating system in order to get the hard drive fixed. Aarons will not give me a copy of the original operating system without cash compensation.

Not only is it illegal to sell a computer without a copy of the operating system but I cannot get my computer fixed.
