Hello, I live with my friends mother and she is 78 years old. A very, very sweet lady!! She had purchased a new Refrigerator from sears two month ago. A Kenmore 21.5 cu. ft. no-dispensing side-by-side. This refrigerator was a lemon so they brought number#2. That matching refrigerator was a lemon so they brought number #3.They delivered the first one took the door off the kitchen to deliver and broke the door and scratch the paint and have never fixed it correctly. They told her for all her problems that they would give her $100.00 refund or store credit, they never did! She has called and spoke to sears no joke about 25 times and they just pass the monkey. She has visited the store and the same thing. How can a store of its magnitude treat a sweet little lady like this and get away with it. I have worked in customer service through my life and if I had such a opportunity to help someone like this I would!! What has happen to people not helping the elderly.
