When I first moved in in August I though everything was grand and it looked amazing but quickly that changed. Within the first month I had problems with the internet, they said it was a problem with the FiOS connection in this room couldn't really be fixed would always be a problem. If that wasn't enough their internet pavlov media would randomly cut off your internet so they could sent packets to your computer to see what you are doing before they would turn it back on. Than a few weeks later we had a air conditioning problem their wasn't enough charges in our unit so one night it got up to 80 degrees! Seeing that their was a ducting problem in one of the four units, it was always 4 degrees higher than what it was on the air conditioning.. Than came the mold! Behind my toilet I began to see a discoloring of the faceboards in September, than the beginning of November it had gotten worse and above the baseboards their was black spots! The wall at the baseboards had started bowing outwards! The maintance simply came into the room and painted over the mold saying it wasn't mold that it was just water rust spraying from the toilet! I have pictures documenting the mold, the work order telling them to paint over the mold, them painting over the mold, and the after pictures of the painted over mold. This apartment seems great on the outside, but it was simply build too quick and too cheap
