There is a gas issues in my house Genair MayTag Gas Range. I has called the original supplier over the hazard of the gas present in the house and is getting no response. The company will not send any one out to look at the problem. This is a extreme hazard to my family and my neighbors.
Yesterday a service man did come out charged my dad 90 dollars to call Maytag. They will NOT respond to a "GAS" issue. We have a warranty for this model of our gas Range. Something needs to be done A. S A P!! The company kept arguing with me. The consumer needs to be treated with more respect. I am tired of the run around with this company. If they can not back their product and guarantee safety, the public needs to be informed not to purchase these products the company guarantees.
This company will not stand behind their safety in the products they sell to the general public.
All I want is someone to repair my gas defect on my Maytag Range. NO One will listen from the Maytag company.
