I was looking for a label writing program and found one on line at a site called softcity. I looked at the information and decided to download the trial version. I used it a couple of times and decided to buy the regular version. I paid for it and waited for an email to give me the key code. I never received one. But they did send me and email asking me if I wanted to upgrade from the trial version. I answered saying I had already bought the upgrade and needed they key. No answer. No Key. I contacted them numerous times included my receipt from them to show I had paid for it. No response what so ever. I finally contacted the company that developed the software and after threatening to do what ever I could, and sending them all of the verification of the purchase, they sent me a download. The original company softcity has never responed to any contact including a refund request. I have to say that this company is one of the worst I have ever tried to deal with. Stay away from them, they are bad news !! Plus I am still out the $29.95.
