Scam - Resveratrol Ultra (advanced Natural Cleansing Formula)

I saw a recommendation of this product online on Dr OZ website and I went to their websie. The company was advertising a free order of their product called Resveratrol Ultra..with the only requirement of paying for shipping. I ordered and received the product and tried it a few times. Today May 1-2009 I found I have a charge on my bank account for $87.13 from CheckardExtremeRSV and I could not recognize the company. I called my bank and they told me to call them. So I did. I was told that somewhere it was mentioned that if I do not cancel within 14 days they will start charging me $87.13 a month until I cancel. I now know how some companies ripp off people. I am 73 years old and my income is pretty low. Waleed Husseini

I had the same thing happen to me. I had printed out the info before I finished and didn't find anywhere where it said that I would be charged $87.13 every month until I canceled. I did receive a call from them before I received the product and they said they were recording the message and that they needed me to state that I had read all of the info and wanted to receive the product. I wouldn't state anything to them and just hung up. They called 3 or 4 more times and I just hung up the phone. The last time they called I told them that they had already called me, then the phone calls stopped. I did call them when the charge was on my credit card for $87.13. They told me it was in the fine print and I should have read it. I told them if they didn't take the charge off my card I was going to turn them into the Attorney Generals office and also file a complaint with the BBB. They said they would take it off but I haven't received my statement yet. We'll see. I only ordered it because I trusted Dr. Oz. I wonder if he is aware that they are ripping people off.
